Machine elements are the basic parts of machines. They guarantee a correct running of the machines and avoid loss of performance and prevent mechanical breakdown. In addition they can embellish machines and facilities with their aesthetic design. 

 

Tuebingen Metal is a young enterprise with 20 employees in the port city Ningbo, China. However its factory has developed and manufactured machine elements since 2008. The comprehensive experience, together with our highly qualified employees and the ongoing upgrades to our manufacturing equipment, forms the basis of our company's successful further development.

To date, we have been able to manufacture more than 500 machine elements: index bolts, index plungers, ball and spring plungers, lock pins, clamping knobs, clamping levers, handles, joints, hand wheels, and other accessories used for different applications. Our products are widely used in different sectors of the industries, such as mechanical engineering, furniture industry, chemical industry, textile industry, sports and leisure equipment industry, medical equipment industry.

Warranty

​

Tuebingen Metal warrants each product against defects in workmanship and material for 90 days from the date of delivery.

 

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear, abuse, misapplication, overloading and altered products.

 

When the question of warranty arises, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. We will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. The replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
